The Bahá’í Faith is a world religion based on the teachings of Baha'u'llah. He taught that there is only one God and one human family, and that the great religions of the world represent successive stages in the spiritual evolution of human society. "The peoples of the world, of whatever race or religion, derive their inspiration from one heavenly Source, and are the subjects of one God," Baha'u'llah states. His teachings offer spiritual understanding for a world seeking direction and hope, as well as guidance for personal and social conduct.
The more than five million Bahá’ís around the world are learning how to translate these teachings into new patterns of individual and community life. Though they come from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, they are united by their belief in the essential spiritual nature of our existence and by their desire for a just and peaceful future for all of humanity.
Our members come from several communities in the southern metro Denver area. Bahá'ís in Douglas County participate in a host of activities, including children's classes, devotional meetings and study circles. All Bahá'í activities share a common purpose - to promote the unity of mankind and serve an ever-advancing civilization.

"El propósito de Dios al crear el hombre ha sido y siempre será, el de capacitarlo para que pueda reconocer a su Creador y alcanzar su Presencia. Todos los Libros sagrados y las importantes Escrituras divinamente reveladas dan testimonio inequívoco de éste el más excelente objetivo, de esta meta suprema."
